Barznab Khan

Barznab Khan is the President & CEO of Rawshon Group, based in Braintree, MA. Since founding Rawshon in 2004, he has led its expansion into retail, real estate, pharmaceuticals, and cannabis. His ventures include Richdale Food Shops (85+ locations), Epione Laboratories (pharmaceutical imports), and Elevated Roots (cannabis operations). Barznab holds a BSc in Finance & International Business, pursued his MBA at Northeastern University, and is currently enrolled at Harvard Business School. He is actively involved in Vistage CEO Group, YEC, and the Harvard Club of Boston.

Charles R. Hajjar

Charles R. Hajjar is the Portfolio Manager of Hajjar Management Company, Inc., a New England-based real estate investment and management company. Charles is an owner and investor in real estate with a portfolio spanning dozens of retail centers, 1,500+ apartments, and 13 hotels, among other properties. His focus is on developments, new investments, and leasing. Charles also works closely with the Hajjar Management’s legal team and accountants and oversees the portfolio’s solar projects. Before joining Hajjar Management, Charles worked for two years as an analyst at Goldman Sachs & Co on the derivatives team in the Legal Division. He received his B.A. from Georgetown University in 2020, with double majors in government and religious studies.
